The Art of Renovation
What is renovation? Modernization, restoration, refurbishment, revamping, rehabilitation, repair, redevelopment, remodeling and improvement - to name just a few.
While all of these things are true, we've discovered that renovation is so much more. Yes it improves the space. Yes it can repair damage. Yes it can provide a much needed update to a 70's avocado and mustard palette. But what it most often improves is our customers lives. The process of getting to this point is the ART of renovation.
And this is where justBASEMENTS thrives.
We love it. All of it. The pace, the commitment, the relationships, the creativity. We have worked hard to hone our skills in both design and production; we are proud of what we do, the in-house team we have and the spaces we create.
If there is anything we have learned in our many years of renovating, it is that no two renovations are the same and that renovations can be tough.
This is why we feel it is important to have a central team of talented designers and carpenters working through your project with our management crew; from start to finish.
Having an in-house design-build team means we're all on the same page.
We seamlessly transfer your design information to our in-house construction and management team who work with superior skilled trades to make all of the plans and decisions come to life.
We follow-up. Again and again. You can never communicate too much when it comes to renovation. Your designer will have regular meetings with your construction team throughout the process and will always be available for questions and reassurance.
If we're not sure; we ask. We are passionate about learning and always open to new and innovative ways to design, build and connect.
It is with knowledge, a solid process and communication that we are able to ensure a smooth experience for our clientele.
We are happy to say that we build relationships as much as we build spaces. This is why we do what we do. This is what the art of renovation is all about.
Tune in to future posts as we continue to explore the Art of Design, Construction and Management in more detail.
